** Price Change** This set of College of Piping tutors, in my opinion, are the best instructional books for learning how to play the highland bagpipes. I started piping in 1970 and this is the book that I learned from although the book I am currently selling is not the book I used at that time. Books 2 & 3 are hardly used and book 1 has seen some use. If you feel like haggling you can also make me an offer. Worst that could happen is that I could say no or…maybe I would counteroffer. The buyer will pay postage.
