I’ve decided I’m an oboist, not a piper so it’s time for someone who can make these sound amazing to find them. I got them 10 years ago so my best guess is that they are 15-20 years old, circa 1980 which means the ivory is probably not genuine (better if you ever want to take them out of the country). They have a brand new Canmore medium bag, silver banding and no visible cracks anywhere. The set comes with the pictured display stand if you want it and the carrying bag with some tuners and other small electronics. These pipes currently reside in Wallace, NC near Wilmington.
