Too many projects and need to thin the herd a bit. Set of Blackwood R G Lawrie bagpipes from the mid-sixties. Given the combing and beading, they were most likely turned by Matt Marshall, Master Drone Maker, when he was working for Lawrie. Typical closed, tapered ferrules and catalin projection mounts, ring caps and bushings. Wood is in excellent shape. There is some discoloration on a few ferrules, one small chip in a projection mount (shown in photos) and the chanter stock is a new polypenco replacement.
