I couldn’t post the video but please ask as I have one of the drones.
Selling a set of 1952 Lawrie bagpipes with sterling silver runic pattern engraving and natural mounts.
I purchased these in 2017 from someone who had purchased through Jim McGillivray.
They are in absolutely beautiful condition and are very steady and harmonic.
The only changes I did to these was to have an African Blackwood poly-lined blowpipe stock made by Dunbar with the original ferrule as the original blowpipe stock had some fine surface cracks.
I also had a mouthpiece made with an imitation bulb by Dunbar. A silver slide, engraved to match by True Hand Engraving, was added to the mouthpiece. This was made as the oringinal mouth piece was missing.
All other parts are original.
Asking $5,000.00 Canadian.
Can sell with a used medium tied in style Canmore bag and a set of Ezeedrone tenors and Kinnaird bass that I had been playing with these.
