This is the reed tone protector with the humidifier built into the cap, which keeps your chanter reed ready to play and protects the reed from drying out. These retail for around $70 and this one will go for $35. It is in good condition. The new owner will want to contact the seller for new humidifier packs, which wear out from time to time. I found this a good tool for the chanter reed to stay moist between practices or gigs.
