Replica of a 19th Century Sourdine, made by Denny Hall. The Sourdine was a small mouth-blown musette that may have been used by Cabrette pipers as an indoor or practice instrument. Plays at F# +20 with current set up (plastic reeds), could possibly go up to G with different reed.
Both chanter and drone are operational. Made of Ebony, leather bag, and horn mount on mouthpiece.
I am selling this for a friend.
