Keep the rain out and stay dry! This Inverness rain cape is nylon with a polyurethane coating for water resistance and durability. Condition is like new. Little need in Arizona, so it was only worn once, in a rainy parade for which I thankfully brought it along to New York. I’ve retired from bagpiping, so someone else should have it. J. Higgins sells this Inverness cape for $95, along with its optional companion button-on hood ($9) and carry pouch with loops for a kilt belt (another $9). So that would be $113 plus sales tax and postage. I’ll cover shipping within the U.S., making this half the retail cost!
