RJM Bagpipes by Naill:
I purchased these pipes in 2022 directly from Roddy MacLeod. They were made for a top level student of Roddy’s, who had an unfortunate accident and as a result could no longer play pipes (sadly he never played these pipes).
A few notable items about this set:
- Engraved Silver and imitation antique ivory . The silver was in fact transferred from another set of pipes and is hallmarked 1971 (this was done when the pipes were made and how I purchased them).
- The set includes a matching silver sole to be added to your chanter.
- The blow-stick has been copper lined to guard against cracking.
- This is an excellent sounding pipe modeled after Roddy’s 1907 Lawrie bagpipes.
- I recently purchased a set of vintage pipes, and these are too good not to be played thus why I am selling.
