These bagpipes were aged and identified by Ron Bowen as pre 1930 J&R Glens. Button mounts with natural ringcaps, bushes, and plain nickle ferrules. Pipes are ebony. There are no markings on the pipes and no chanter. It looks like one stock has a couple small hairline cracks under the ferrule that have been stabilized. There is one ferrule that has some minor pitting and discoloration. Sticks only. Original blowpipe. Pipes are in excellent condition for their age.
