This was made in the early 2000s by Matt Farrigan. I believe that Ken Eller might have had something to do with the design or marketing of this instrument. I don’t have contact information for Matt however his son, Kennie, is the PM of the Schenectady Gr IV pipe band. I believe that this is a Bb setup as it plays nicely next to my regular practice chanter. Spare set of reeds. The case is Naugahyde and very robust. I wouldn’t part with this but I simply don’t have time to play it and it bugs me just sitting there when it should be played and enjoyed. Made of Delrin.
