Vintage Galician gaita in DO (C), Unfortunately I have little to no expertise on this type of bagpipe but I am informed from several gaita players that it is a vintage set. I am told that this gaita is based on a low historical pitch standard (approximately between A = 400 and 410 Hz), which results in a historical C when all 7 holes are closed. It is missing the chanter reed but I am told that a border pipe chanter reed can work and a modern synthetic tenor drone reed if cane is not available. There are 2 cane reeds but they may not be usable. I’ll let these go at a low price due to the situation with reeds. Shipping is 20 euro to UK/Europe with tracking and insurance. Paypal only
