I’ve made the decision to downsize my collection and I’m offering this vintage Grainger & Campbell Great Highland Bagpipe to a new home.
This is a well-cared-for instrument with beautiful catalin mounts, and strong playing potential
It includes a Doskocil hardshell case and an RG Hardie ABW chanter. The chanter is missing the sole, but this doesn’t affect functionality.
A few of the stocks had hairline cracks repaired sometime in the 1990’s.
Two of the catalin drone tops have some damage, but it doesn’t affect functionality. One of the tuning pins has what appears to be a scratch and shows discoloration, please refer to photo.
It has a hide bag and has good air retention.
