Spats – measures 12″ high, 10″ at foot, 4 3/4″ at calf. I am a size 7 women’s shoe and the foot part was big, but the calf fit me fine. My dad (who had them prior to me), was a men’s size 8/9 shoe.
They have the buttons for show, but are velcro.
Will ship (at purchaser’s expense). I use Canada Post’s pre-paid boxes for a flat rate within Canada. If going outside Canada, will be based on weight and size of parcel required. Willing to drive within an hour’s distance to meet up if that works too.
