Affordable Beginner Small Pipes (Key of A)

Hi All,
I’m currently learning on a practice chanter, I would like to find a decent enough set of mouth blown, over the shoulder, small pipes in key of A, on a budget. Maybe Pipers Choice (Concert or Traditional) Small Pipes, or Gibson Fireside, something like that, brand is less important to me than price. I can upgrade down the road. Polypenco/plastic is fine. No Pakistani pipes. Used pipes in good condition would be great! Blemishes are ok. But I need something playable upon receipt, I don’t know anything about fixing them at this point. Ideally would be below $500 US, but I know that’s a big ask.
