Blackwood pipes, with bakelite mounts and ferrules, and catalin bushes – an odd trait common in early post-war Lawries. Very solid condition. The pipes were stripped, inspected, oiled, and polished. The blowpipe has been lined with brass, so the wood will never give way. Original ReGaL chanter is included. An excellent set for band or solo work, or second set that can handle traveling abuse. A nice and complete time capsule of a pipe that pitches easily at 466 Hz.
