I picked up these bellows about a year ago, selling cause I have too many bellows right now. I was told they may have been made in the 90s by a maker in San Francisco California. They are beautiful, ornately carved, very stout, and powerful. They could be used for Uilleann pipes, Scottish small pipes, border pipes or any other bagpipe in need of bellows. I can’t find a makers mark.
