Currently offering a one-off, bespoke, handmade and very unique looking set of Leadwood McGoldricks. Massive tone from these pipes (bores based on vintage Henderson’s). I currently play a full ivory blackwood set of Mcgoldricks and have simply came to the realization that I won’t have sufficient time to play both. Inclusive of the sale is a Ross breathable leather bag (medium), Ross moisture control system. Both the bag and system were only played for a half season and are as new. One of the quirky features of this instrument is the addition of an elk horn hemp retainer to the bass section, (the thinking behind this was to enhance the strength of the joint at this point, as this has a tendency to be somewhat weak on certain sets of pipes, thus becoming compromised over time).
