It is in excellent condition with no damage whatever, and has been infrequently worn only for police honor guard ceremonies. It is pleated to the sett and has all the accessories expected in a top-notch professionally made kilt: two heavy leather straps and buckles, a large leather kilt belt loop at center rear which is embossed with a lion rampant and “Made in Scotland,” a 7 inch stitched-in sweatband at the waist, large inside front pocket and two loop hangers. The drop is 23-1/2,” and based on which holes are selected the straps will adjust for a waist range of 38″ to 42″. It will be provided with a pair of new, matching flashes.
