I purchased this chanter new directly from Bruce Gandy in the summer of 2024. It is in excellent condition and has not been carved or otherwise altered in any way.
It’s a great chanter: very comfortable to play, balanced scale, usually only needs a sliver or two of tape. Generally pitches between 482-484 with most of the reeds I tried in it. I’m only selling it because I prefer a slightly lower pitch.
