Lovely Set of MacMurchie “POPS 1908” pipes with Canmore EXT-SM Canmore bag. I purchased this set last year from the original owner who had had it made for him just a little while before by Mr. MacMurchie.
According to correspondence I received from Blue MacMurchie, this set is based on a set of 1908 Hendersons his grandfather (POPS) owned.
The set is pristine, the wood used is exemplary. I purchased the new bag after receiving the sticks/stocks. I might have played them for 15 minutes, tops, to hear them. (I am NOT a piper)
Comes with several sets of EZ Drones reeds, a few drone plugs, several chanter reeds. Does not come with a chanter, but I do have a Kyo ABW chanter available for $240.
