For sale, my David Booth full size bagpipes. No drone reeds. No cracks.
These are lovely pipes. Were originally button mounted but they were in poor condition when I got them, so in they went for blackwood projection mounts and new drone caps in 2020 – the original imitation bushes were fine.
Stamped on each drone and confirmed year 1990 by the maker – the sap wood coming through on the outer tenor is how they can be dated by David himself.
Nigerian Striped Ebony bagpipes. Incomplete because the blowstick stock is a split stock – plastic – with moisture control tube.
Any discolouration in the photos is due to the lighting – they are white, not cream. These bagpipes are very well crafted and have a lovely tone, ready to add drone reeds, a chanter reed and away. I have 2 sets of pipes already, so a 3rd set will only get neglected. I will blow these from time to time, but really need better use and care.

Prefer local pickup, but I will post to any UK postcode, insured and signed for, extra £36. Overseas postage, please ask first. Getting very problematic in many ways, so if required, buyer should look to organise their own courier to pick up from me to their country and pick up any local custom charges also.
