The City of Blacktown Pipe Band (Sydney, Australia) is selling drums that are now surplus to requirement.
All drums have recently been serviced by Rhythm Restorations (https://www.rhythmrestorations.com.au/) and are in as new condition, fitted with Remo Cybermax high tension heads and all drums have both soft and hard cases.
