Early 1900s Henderson with original and extra soles. Chanter has old recessed, thread-wrapped repair. Chanter bowl and reed seat in very good condition. Chanter plays in tune using old style reed (does not play in tune with contemporary reeds). Patina consistent with age. No cracks/breaks on soles. See pictures. Sole on chanter measures ~2 11/16” diameter. Diameters of extra soles measure 2 7/8” and 3 1/4”. The top/bottom diameters of the inner holes of the extra soles measure, respectively:
1 3/8” – 1 3/8” (not including the African Blackwood insert)
1 3/16” – 1 1/8” (this one is tapered)
