Very early set thought to be from the 1970s by virtue of the Catalin and the very deep beading. This is obviously the work of Les Cowell and is reminiscent of his work at Henry Starck Bagpipes in the 1950s. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Every piece ran straight as an arrow on the lathe. No cracks or other issues. This is a wonderful bagpipe made by a legendary Master Turner.
