For sale: a set of WW1-era Lawrie bagpipes, made from African Blackwood and mounted in ivory. These were fully refurbished by Dunbar Bagpipes in December 2025 and are in fantastic condition.
This is a really stellar vintage instrument. I’m only selling because I already have two other sets and can’t justify hanging onto a third that will only be played occasionally.
I’m looking for $4,000 for the drones and stocks (and original blowpipe, which was not restored with the rest of the pipes but is complete with the ivory mount).
