Reluctantly selling my full ivory set of McGoldrick bagpipes. This is an exceptional pipe, both tonally and aesthetically. There are so many fine details about this instrument, such as, threaded reed seats, ivory hemp retainers, ivory blowpipe mount, all fittings threaded not glued etc. Bores based on a vintage set of Henderson’s. I am only selling these I have been presented with an opportunity to acquire a very rare S&I set, and for me, it does not make economic sense in having two high-end sets of this caliber in my collection.
