Henderson/MacDougall 3/4 Set Bagpipes
As a learner, I was given these pipes when I was 10, in 1977 – 47 years ago!
The pipes came from a friend of my parents, from Ness in Lewis. We were told that they were MacDougall’s early 1900’s. Recently I contacted Jim MacGillivary in Canada to assist with identification and he says they look more like Hendersons. (email transcript of discussion is available)
I suspect these pipes are quite rare.
