You may not be able to golf these days, but other Scottish pursuits are still on the table!
Lovely set of 1994 stamped Kintail (Glasgow) blackwood bagpipes. Fully combed and beaded with imitation ferrules, projection mounts, ring caps and bushings. Kintail bagpipes are known for superior tone and steadiness and are based on the pattern originally made by Peter Henderson in 1888. There is some very minor flaking of the varnish on the blowpipe and a small chip in the bass drone bushing, neither of which have any impact on the performance on the instrument. This set up is simple to maintain, easy to reed and lock in nicely.
Included in this package:
• Gannaway hide zippered extended-medium pipe bag with goose neck • Dunbar polypenco pipe chanter • Highland Reeds Quick Stop Drone Valves • Neil Selbie Synthetic Drone Reeds & Cane Drone Reeds • Blowpipe Moose valve • Assorted cane and synthetic pipe chanter reeds • Two practice chanter reeds • Black watch tartan zippered bag cover and matching cords • Locking hard shell bagpipe case • John Walsh long polypenco practice chanter with countersunk holes • Assorted music books
