Silver and ivory Mac Dougall bagpipes circa 1880-90s. Excellent condition and all original. Plays a beautiful, deep tone. Comes with old MacLeod chanter with silver foot engraved with the name A. McDougal Newburgh on Tay 1899. Couldn’t find anything about the piper.
