Beautiful set of Maclellan custom ordered bagpipes!! These are coccobolo wood with the chalice top/ hour glass shape drones- with bronze ferrules / caps- and silver sea dragons over the ferrules . Imitation horn mounts..Stunning / beautiful set of pipes with a sound as incredible as they look! Hand crafted by Roddy- who has just closed his books and will no longer be making pipes..I find I stare at these more than I play them and I need to downsize what I have! Set comes with the custom bag cover and cord photod as well as a Maclellan poly chanter and an air tight ext small gannaway zippered hide bag. There are a few very small cracks, on the inside of a few pieces( see photos). Hardly noticeable, air tight, have not grown since I owned them AND Roddy has looked at them as well with no concerns.
