For sale is a beautiful set of 2010 ca. bagpipes made by MacLeods Highland Supplies of Scotland.
All parts are complete and original including the poly pipe chanter. The pipes are constructed of combed African blackwood with white ferrules, ringcaps and projecting mounts. They are free from cracks or splits and the wood finish on the drones, blowpipe and stocks is like new. The white trim has a couple of very small rice grain size chips.
Included are red drone cords, black bag cover with red trim, hide bag and a clean carrying case.
The small leather hide bag is in excellent condition, professionally tied in, recently seasoned and is air tight. As presently set up, they are ideal for a student or smaller person.
However, with covid considerations, the buyer may want to replace the bag, so this is reflected in the low price of $800.
