This is a set of MacLeod Highland pipes made in the 1970’s. African Blackwood, imitation ivory projecting mounts and ferrules. Original chanter. Hide bag is still supple but may need treatment. This set was played, perhaps, once or twice and is in immaculate condition. Included: Leather-bound locking case. Lowrie practice chanter in blackwood with royal seal decal. An assortment of cane reeds. Bag treatment. Tune book. I was able to play the chanter in my set and it is one of the sweetest sounding chanters I’ve ever come across! The set has been disinfected and oiled.
