It is in excellent condition and has been worn infrequently, mainly for police honor guard ceremonies. It is pleated to the sett and has all the accessories expected in a top-notch professionally made kilt: two heavy black leather straps with buckles, a 4 inch stitched-in sweatband at the waist, custom added large 6″x6″ inside front pocket made from the same tartan cloth, a triple fringe finish at the apron edge and two loop hangers. The drop is 23-1/2,” and based on which holes are selected the straps will adjust for a waist range of 38″ to 42″. Nominal sizes as shown on the maker’s order form are W 40″, H 46″, L 24″. It comes with two pairs of matching flashes in excellent condition; one pair is brand new. Also included is a long tie in the same tartan sourced by Celtic Craft Centre from Strathmore in Forfar, Scotland; the flashes and tie are of braeriach weight material.
