The piece was part of a frankset of pipes with bits and bobs from early 1900s. The projecting mount is the early catalin that is very dark from age. Pic also attached for 1920 Henderson drone tops (early Catalin and casein) that were in the set of parts. No breaks, no cracks!

mouthpiece tenon – 19”32 long, 9/16” diameter
stock tenon – 1 9/64” long, 23/32” diameter, (has grove cut for flapper valve)
