These are immaculate P. Henderson bagpipes from approximately the 1960’s. They have that nice little buzz when tuned in. These were my back up pipes because I played an older set that I didn’t take into colder weather below 50 degs. You get everything seen here. Absolutely NO cracks or issues that I could see.
