Selling my Hardie Celtic Heritage pipes.
I can no longer afford to play pipes due to mounting costs and being unable to find enough work. Do I wish to give them up? No I absolutely do not as they bring me great joy. However, other aspects of my life require the finances which could be saved and gained from this sale. The pipes are in great condition, maybe only the smallest dent in very few places, and sound great. Included are ezeedrone tenor reeds, a Henderson bass reed, a Lee and Sons cowhide bag under 3 years old, a chanter reed which I believe is G1 platinum, Henderson Polypenco chanter, Terry Lee Reed wizard, Bannatyne Moisture Control system, extra hemp and an R.G. Hardie Flight Case. They really are great pipes. Ive received many compliments on their look and sound, so it seemed a darn shame to just let them sit instead of be played like they should aince I cant afford to play them like they deserve to be. I can get pictures to anyone who shows interest, but theyre put away so I cant take any right now.
Price includes everything. Total if you bought new would have been 3100 CAD so its a good price considering theyre in almost mint condition and only 3 or so years old.
Im very, very sad to have to give them up but at least theyll be played, you know?
