**Price Change** This practice chanter was a gift to me from co-workers in New Hampshire prior to my relocating to Alaska in 1980. Poly practice chanters were just coming on the market at that time and they knew I was really interested in one. There are no makers marks on the chanter anywhere. I had lots of problems finding a reed for it and ended up having one custom made by Boyd Reeds. He sent me two and they did not tune well either. I ended up sending him the chanter itself and he made me a couple of reeds specifically for this chanter (one is included). he was unable to come up with a make as well. I have really liked this chanter. If you feel like haggling you can also make me an offer. Worst that could happen is that I could say no or…maybe I would counteroffer. The buyer will pay postage.
