Our synthetic reed SEIPAL is a reference today in the Galician gaitas, it has been in the Spanish market since 2002. Today it is the best-selling reed in Galicia. Besides, it is suitable for the Great Highland Bagpipe, Breton Biniou Koz, Bagpipe from Asturias, Bagpipe from Aragón, Sac de Gemecs from Catalonia, Xeremía from Mallorca, etc.
The SEIPAL is a synthetic reed that allows to avoid the usual problems of the classic reeds, guaranteeing a tonal stability in any circumstance of humidity and temperature, with the sound of the traditional cane reed. Full of ingenuity for its simplicity but especially for its effectiveness.
It incorporates a shut-off valve at one of its ends, and the possibility of putting two according if you want if necessary, which are easily changed. These valves fulfill a double function and allow an instant air inlet, as well as a sharp and precise cut of the sound when lowering the pressure of the bag.
