- Vintage kintail BAGPIPES for sale on behalf of a piper who had recently had a stroke . It is hoped that from the sale he can put towards some small pipes with bellows to regain his enthusiasm . Thes pipes were purchased over 3o years ago from a well known silver engraver and at that time recommissioned. It is believed the projection mounts were replaced .the stocks are not original and the pipe bag I’m sure is not quite air tight . I myself played them a few years ago and the drone sound s sounds exactly like a Glenn set I now play they tune in easily and lock in for many hours pleasure . Recently oiled and hemped . They do need new end caps and whatever some one wants to do with their own set up keep in touch . Hope sell for the above mentioned reasons
